Fabio Baptista Pfister

He began his legal career at the law firm Bazani e Brugnera Advogados, where he gained solid experience in the areas of Civil and Labor Law. During this period, he developed essential skills such as drafting legal documents, contract analysis, and monitoring court proceedings, which gave him a practical, strategic, and reliable view of the application of the Law. He is currently part of the EAA – Escanhoela Advogados Associados team, working as an intern in the advisory and litigation areas, with a focus on Civil and Corporate Law. His work is marked by direct support to the firm’s attorneys, contributing in-depth legal analysis, doctrinal and case law research, as well as the development of procedural strategies and customized solutions for clients.
