Francine da Silva Polez

She began her legal career as an intern at the Sao Paulo State Court of Justice – Sorocaba Judicial District, where she handled the distribution of lawsuits among the district’s notary offices. After graduating in Law, she worked as a legal assistant at Assetec, advising on and organizing the entire procedure for civil and labor expert examinations, including participating in the proceedings themselves. In 2013, she joined EAA – Escanhoela Advogados Associados as a legal assistant in the labor law department. She has practiced as a labor law attorney since 2017, focusing on hearing preparation and attendance, among other responsibilities.
